How we work
A few things to know.
- Small team, deep work. We keep the team small on purpose. Everyone here ships, and everyone here owns what they ship.
- Headquartered in Singapore. We work primarily from our Paya Lebar office and collaborate with partners across Asia, Europe and North America.
- Senior bar. We index on experience and judgement. If you are early in your career, we may not be the best fit yet, and we want to be honest about that.
- Long horizons. We invest in the underlying problem. We pick technologies that we expect to still be running well in five years.
